Composer Andrew Landry’s delightfully surprising soundtrack evokes both the game’s playful sense of whimsy and its propensity for unexpected secrets. On disc one: A set of relaxing day-themed tracks, perfect for kicking back or for jumping into a synth-powered trance of productivity. On disc two: Things get decidedly spookier, with a set of funky-but-frightening song selections from the game’s nighttime soundtrack.

And of course, it wouldn’t be an iam8bit release without spectacular art. Artist cobcris provides a stunning, two-sided album concept; one side day, one side night, reflecting the two discs waiting for you just inside the jacket.
